High School Part 1

Ah yes high school, something that we all have to go through in life. Either we go through all four years and then go to college or just drop out when we get tired of it. I want to go to college and I know it cost so much like buying 7 new cars would cost but that's why I want to do online college courses. Its way cheaper and you can do your classes at your own pace which will be awesome when I'm working.  Now I know high school isn't the easiest thing ever but some people think it can be easy. I mean I guess it can be easy if you do all your work and not stress about the midterms and finals which I always do. And other then the midterms and finals, High school can be really fun. I mean you have school dances and clubs and groups you could join and have loads of fun. I was in an anime club my freshman year of high school and I loved it. It was so much fun. Don't be afraid to try a club or group or just to put yourself out there in high school (not in a bad way). Make your high school years something to look back on and say what you loved and what you might have disliked.

Relationships and Love

Relationships can be a crazy and weird thing. But sometimes they can be the most amazing thing ever. I’m sure everyone has had their parents tell them “wait till you start dating” or “don’t start dating in high school” I mean that’s what my mom said to me. My dad on the other hand  he always told me “never date and if you do, Don’t get married because it will be easy to separate after the break up but no marriage.”

And yeah my dad was right relationships are a messy thing to get involved with and if you not careful then they could end badly. But they can also be really amazing if you find that someone you want to be with. And when your with that person it's like you feel lighter than air and like nothing could hurt you.

What Does Prom Means To Me?

If you asked me what Prom meant to me the start of High School, I would have told you that to me it was just another night for girls and guys to get dressed up in whatever dress or suit and whatever shoes they wanted, just to go to a school or a fancy place to spend hours there, dancing and having other teens go off doing who knows what.

But now being a Junior in high school and having  prom that’s coming up in a year or so, now it’s still the same but it’s also where you can be with the person who makes you feel like you are lighter than air itself, or who makes you feel like everything that your afraid of can’t harm you and he/she will be there, to hold your hand and to make sure your alright through anything that your going through.

Prom is just that night. That night to dance with friends or a boyfriend/girlfriend and hang  out with your friends and take pictures so you remember that night. I know prom is something pretty much every single girl looks forward too in high school but then there's always that one or two girls that just want to stay home and watch movies with their friends instead of going to a prom, wearing a dress and heels and makeup and lots of hairspray just to take it all off in like 2 hours.

To be honest, I was that kinda girl my start of high school.  But then I went to homecoming with some friends of mine and it was actually kinda fun. Now me going to prom is a whole other story that may or may not happen. But I guess I'll find out if I go or not toward the end of this year.

If I could go to my prom with someone specials then I so would but maybe it won't happen. I guess I have to find out at the end of this year to next year.

Losing Someone Close To You

Losing someone so close to you is like losing a part of yourself. You don’t know what you want to do anymore and you have no idea what you thinking. You almost feel lost and like something in your life is missing because that person that you cared for so much is gone. Everyone loses someone in their life whether it’s one person so multiple people. But everyone loses someone they never thought would leave them. It’s almost like a dream of some kind where you want to  wake up and see that person the next day or in a few hours but it’s not a dream. You want to believe that they are still here but your in denial. You go through stages of grief. Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, and lastly Acceptance. And some of these stages could last longer or shorter than others but everyone goes through them. That person you had lost could have been so important to you and you miss them terribly. Or that person that’s now gone could have been someone you talked to once in a while, maybe someone you went to school with.  or maybe you didn’t say one word to each other and you just went different ways. It could be anything when it comes to someone passing. But the feeling is different what it’s just someone you kinda talked to and when its someone you spent time with and someone you had laughs, cries, screams with. The feeling is different because you feel more connected to them than you normally do when it’s just someone you rarely talked to. That feeling of losing someone so close to you is painful, everyone would think so. It’s something that takes time to heal because of. And having depression and when someone passes, I don’t know what to do. So how do we process losing someone so close to us. It’s different for everyone but I know the only thing I wanna do is cry and lock myself in my room and never come out. If it takes me what feels like a lifetime to get over when something tragic happens. It’s hard to go through something terrible and still act like you’re okay. Something that people don’t want to do not they'll do something they regret. People can get into drugs or alcohol to “relieve” the pain they feel when someone does pass away but it doesn’t relieve the pain, It makes the pain worse. It's not the easiest thing to deal with but you just have to push through it and keep going no matter how hard it gets. I know it may be hard at first but you have people around you how want to help you and be there. Talk to them. Tell them what's going on and what your feeling. Things will get better and I know it may seem like it right now but it will. Stay strong even if you think you can't because you can. There are so many people that believe in you and that are there to help you.

Things to do

If your ever feeling down or just like you need to do something to keep your mind off of whatever you have going on try one of these. These have helped me so much in my life and I'm sure they can help you too.

What I've Been Writing

I have been writing about things like what a school dance like prom or homecoming means to me, relationships and love,  understanding things like anxiety and losing someone close to you. I know some of those are really depressing topics but I think they could really help someone if they need something to turn to just for advice.

When I do post them, It would be awesome to get some feedback on them.

Have an awesome day everyone!
